Leadership Profile
I have balanced competitive athletic leadership with a distinguished debating career, currently serving as the Assistant Treasurer for the national organization Debate for Humanity. As a former President and Secretary for various debating clubs at the University of Dhaka and BAF Shaheen College, I have spearheaded organizational growth and mentored aspiring orators across the national circuit. On the court, I have demonstrated versatile leadership as a Captain of Departments Basketball Team and a core player for the Dhaka University Basketball Team. These roles have allowed me to master the art of rational discourse, strategic management, and team-building in high-pressure environments.
I have held extensive leadership roles across the national and university debating circuits, managing organizational strategy and financial operations. My work focused on mentoring emerging orators and coordinating large-scale tournaments at both the college and university levels. These experiences have allowed me to master structured advocacy and stakeholder management, which I now apply to my social innovation projects.

My roles involved coordinating team logistics, mentoring junior athletes, and representing my institution in national-level tournaments.
