In the remote villages of Naniarchar, Rangamati, I served as a Creative Storyteller and lead facilitator for an essential advocacy session on Body Safety and Awareness (Good Touch/Bad Touch) at a local primary school. Operating in a region where such topics are rarely discussed due to geographical and cultural barriers, I focused on creating a safe, age-appropriate, and empowering environment for young learners.
In collaboration with the United Youth Network (UYN), I served as a Creative Storyteller for Project Ushnota 2.0, a winter relief initiative targeting the remote villages of Naniarchar, Rangamati. As the founder of Hear The Unheard, I launched "It's Okay to Stutter," a multi-dimensional advocacy program designed to dismantle the stigma and bullying surrounding stutters. This initiative mobilized a global network of influencers, youth leaders, and international stuttering activists to amplify the voices of those often left unheard. Through a strategic storytelling competition, we provided a platform for individuals to reclaim their narratives, culminating in a high-impact national webinar and awareness campaigns that directly involved over 50 students from 25+ diverse districts across Bangladesh. By combining digital advocacy with grassroots engagement, this project fostered a more inclusive environment for people with speech differences and challenged the social biases that perpetuate bullying.

The event successfully engaged 50+ participants from across the country, providing a digital platform where they could showcase their unique perspectives through art. Understanding Life with
Down Syndrome
Through my organization, Hear The Unheard, I initiated and moderated a high-profile national webinar titled "Understanding Life with Down Syndrome." This event served as a platform for an in-depth, multidisciplinary discussion aimed at de-stigmatizing Down Syndrome and promoting inclusive societal practices. I successfully brought together a distinguished panel of experts, including the Director General of the International Mother Language Institute, an Associate Professor from the Department of Communication Disorders (DU), the Founder of SpeechAid, and the Chairman of the Down Syndrome Society of Bangladesh. By bridging the gap between academic research, clinical therapy, and community leadership, the webinar provided families and educators with actionable insights and fostered a deeper public understanding of the challenges and potential of individuals living with Down Syndrome.

To honor the linguistic identity of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, I produced a specialized Sign Language version of the International Mother Language Day song through my organization, Hear The Unheard. This project aimed to promote the inclusion of deaf and mute individuals by transforming a symbol of national heritage into an accessible medium. The production served as a powerful advocacy tool, reaching over 11,000 people via social media and sparking a national conversation on the importance of sign language as a "mother tongue" for the hearing-impaired. By blending cultural celebration with disability inclusion, the project highlighted that the spirit of February 21st belongs to every citizen, regardless of their mode of communication.

My responsibilities included managing the complex logistical and creative demands of a long-form television production, coordinating between contestants and the production crew, and ensuring the seamless execution of each episode within a professional broadcasting environment. This experience allowed me to merge my interests in cultural heritage and media production, contributing to a platform that celebrates spiritual and linguistic excellence on a national scale.
