Professional Experiences

I have a diverse professional background as a development practitioner and multimedia specialist. Since 2024, I have served as a Teach For Bangladesh Fellow, delivering inclusive, trauma-informed education and spearheading tech-driven social projects. Previously, I held leadership roles in the media industry, including Chief Operations Officer at Chitrayee, where I directed visual campaigns for major fashion and corporate brands, Assistant Director at Cinepoetic and Assistant Producer at RTV. My experience is deeply rooted in inclusive communication, stakeholder management, and social innovation.

From 2024 to the end of 2025, I have had a transformational journey as a Teach For Bangladesh Fellow in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar. Working here in a very remote High School as a Fellow Teacher, I believe it let me to pour all my skills in the development sector from classroom practices to storytelling to social innovation. Not only that, this experience has taught and transformed me immensely in terms of broadening my knowledge on development sector and the reality of life.

Working as an Inclusive Education Fellow at Teach For All have taught me so much on inclusive practices using CSP, UDL and Metacognition in both classroom and the community. It also helped me develop my own action research using CSP and UDL strategies which helped me immensely to design impactful interventions for my students.

Working as the Chief Operations Officer was post where I could explore my creativity as a storyteller by working in diversified sector from Fashion to Event, Corporate to Food visuals and weddings. There I got to learn a lot by working both in the field and supervision.

In Cinepoetic, I started as a video editor and later on I got the opportunity to work on Cinematography and Assistant Direction. There I got the chance to work for the top corporates of Bangladesh like Runner Automobile and GaziTV and in this process, I learned how to systematically work on visual storytelling.

I started working at RTV as an Assistant Producer on a show name "Haat Bariye Dilam" which empowers special children by telling their story to the mass audience and advocate for their rights. I had the opportunity to learn scripting, pre-production and production management, stakeholder management and guest outreach from this experience.
