Creating Inclusive Classroom

I have completed 1.5 months virtual live course on "Creating Inclusive Classroom" by Teach For All and OAK Foundation. In this course, I learned how to inplement Universal Design For Learning (UDL) strategies to create a classroom where every students feel valued and empowered.

Disaster Risk Reduction

I have completed 3 days of residential training by International Rescue Committee (IRC) on Disaster Risk Reduction. This skill helped me to implement strategic climate education and Risk Reduction strategies in my classroom by implementing Season Calendar, School map, Community map and train the students practically on emergency measures before, during and after any disaster. This training was specially helpful for me as I was a fellow teacher in a remote village in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar which is a climate vulnerable area.

Socio-Emotional Learning

I have completed 2 days of residential training on Socio-emotional Learning provided by International Rescue Committee (IRC) which helped my understand systematic intervention students mental health which have a significant impact on their learning and how to strategically provide intervention inside and outside the classroom.

Psychological First Aid

I have completed 2 days residential training on Psychological First Aid from International Rescue Committee (IRC) which helped me to provide systematic Intervention to my adolescent students on their vulnerable situations. 

Boosting Digital Health Platforms
to Advance SRHR

I had the opportunity to complete day long course on Boosting Digital Health Platforms to Advance SRHR by James P. Grant School of Public Health. It helped me understand social norms, current market practices and how we can actually create an equitable world for all through systematic development.
